Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on cashmere items, accessories, and footwear (boots, loafers & mules) unless faulty. All sale items are final sale.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our Customer Care Team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your request using the template below.
  2. Wait for Authorization – Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item securely in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return to our Indianapolis headquarters using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt at our facility
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once the return is processed.

Damaged or Faulty Items

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:
