Do you offer plus sizes or extended sizing?
Currently, our dresses & skirts and denim collections offer select styles in extended sizing. We’re continuously expanding our size ranges based on customer demand. Check individual product pages for available sizes.
How should I care for my cashmere items?
Our cashmere collection requires gentle hand washing in cool water with mild detergent. Lay flat to dry and store folded to maintain shape. Avoid hanging as this may stretch the fabric.
Are your leather bags and boots made with genuine leather?
Yes, all items in our bags and boots categories marked as leather are crafted from premium genuine materials. We use ethically-sourced leather with careful attention to durability and finish.

Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx – 10-15 business days after processing
Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after processing

Processing time is always 1-2 business days before shipment.
Why is my package taking longer than estimated?

We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
